Great food and great service my children love it here

This location is always slow, but now they have made me so mad that I will never visit them again. Yesterday was my son's birthday and we waited about 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get our food. The guy taking my order had it correct on the screen, but when we got home, it was not correct and our Mexican pizzas were upside-down, so all the toppings stuck to the box. They didn't even cut the pizzas. I tried calling continuously, but no one answered. I drove back there(20 miles) and of course, the line was huge. I put on a mask and walked up and knocked on the door, since 4 employees were just sitting there at a table. The guy who opened the door told me I had to go back through the drive-thru. He could have taken my order back there and brought me the correct order back, but he wouldn't. I just left, because I had already wasted enough time and money. I continued to call them for the next 2 hours, but no one ever answered! That is absurd! I filed a complaint with their corporate office, since no one there would help me.

Me and my buddy ate here today, got a frito burrito with every extra you could add. Instead of them getting mad like they would in berea they laughed and made our order(s) in like 5 minutes. I swear a small coke at mcdonald's takes longer for mcdonalds to make then a frito burrito with everything possible you could add in it at taco bell. ended up being like 11 bucks for this and 7 for my friend. So 18$ in total. If youre ever super hungry and have 15 or so bucks to spare i strongly suggest going to taco bell!

We visited the drive-thru and picked up our food, and I have to say, this is one of the friendliest fast-food places I've ever experienced. Even though there were only two employees working, we ordered over 15 tacos and they were incredibly pleasant about it. They even offered us a complimentary drink because we were nice to them! This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I have a lot of respect for them. I recommend checking it out and seeing for yourself!

We ordered two Crunchwrap Supremes and a crunchy taco with jalapeño, hot, and mild sauces. Unfortunately, the Crunchwrap Supremes were quite flat and lacked the expected amount of ingredients. The taco was only half-filled with meat and was overly greasy and soggy as well. To make matters worse, they forgot to include our hot and mild sauces.
