Subway - Richmond

Service was friendly, but unfortunately the Sub made me sick. My son ordered another kind of sub and he was not ill, grateful.

I thought it was your way in the subway! Not here! You have a young, dark skinny girl in there that tells you when you can order stuff to dress your underpants. I ordered avocado on my lower part and wanted it on my vegetables, the last time it was laid on my bread and made the bread soggie. This little girl tells me next time I have to ask for it before I put everything on my sandwich. What? You will really say a customer who eat here A LOT, when and where they can have avocado on their bottom? Then I paid while my lower part in the toaster was with an Asian lady and after my lower part was made, the same young girl asked me what I wanted and wanted me to pay again. We argued that I paid for my food when I was ALREADY DID! Not to mention that every time I come in here, the same young girl always cries about the shop, talk to customers and leans on the bar with male customers and when a woman goes up, she is mad at them. I will no longer support this independent chain. If a manager sees this, you really need to get your staff moved for the customer service. I was a subway manager for 4 years and I've never seen anything like this before!

Locks doors before closing time yet stands at the register as if their taking orders. I hate poor customer service.

My go to subway! their service is awesome, always quick and always very friendlythere isn't much that can go wrong with building your own sandwich.

I just have to say that the service is always with a smile honestly the most friendly staff ever.
