Starbucks - Richmond

I ORDERED a Iced Mocha that was amazing, and I also ordered one of the NEW PINK drinks BC they had a special one when you spend 10$ you get 2$ that sound good at the time and I thought I could get the pink drink home for later, but until I go home an hour later it was watery and the milk had separated. I WAS EXPECTING IT to BE Refreshing and thirst quenching but instead it was rather mixed like strawberry milk limonade.

This place is always super busy, but I always go to this because they work hard to do exactly what I ask. I heard a conversation on the other day that I suspect was perhaps not completed by her company on paperwork .. and I have to ask myself when did they even have time? From the time they open when they close, I have never seen them standing around or not working to keep customers happy. I know that paperwork is a must, but this lady does a great job and should be recognized for it. So DANK You All Do Forever In Your Best I will continue to be a loyal customer

Always a solid experience with this Starbucks. Sometimes the line may appear noticeable when driving. Even with a long line, waiting is never inappropriate. The staff works phenomenally on making and mixing menu items to standard and are always super happy and polite. This is one of the regular places I visited frequently and has never been disappointed. Very recommended, because everything is delicious.
