Starbucks - Richmond

I just went through drive through and got a couple drinks. The drive through line off the street and the exit from onto the one way street are kinda tight. Service was good but was not asked if I'd like my receipt by the window trainee. I would have liked it.

This one is my very favorite Starbucks location because of the kindness and personable attitude of the staff. They are always incredibly nice and make an effort. The day I got married I had a brief conversation with the barista through the drive thru speaker, mentioned I was getting married that afternoon, and he was genuinely so excited for me it warmed my heart and my coffee was on the house that morning! Little touches like that makes you really want to go back again and again. Seriously, great location!

The “manager” with glasses and a mustache has got to be the most unprofessional person there. To speak about customers while they can hear you is just disrespectful.

Always an exceptional customer service experience here. The baristas are always warm, kind, and diligent. If there is ever a mistake with my order, they are quick to make it right. Though there is construction under way next door, the interior environment is clean and peaceful for work, meetings, or relaxation.
