Bidra med feedbackMy customer service experience at this restaurant is always good. but whem i came yesterday 2/29 in the afternoon the team that was there was the best the older lady manager was funny and love the ways she works , the restaurant was very clean , the line was fast and customer service was the best I've had. today I came to get lunch and only one of the girl from yesterday's shift was there and she served me I asked for her name kiara and I'm glad she took care of me and my order I love her enthusiasm and attentiveness . food is always great at this place.
It was awesome and they told me about the student discount that I didn’t know about before. And they were very nice.
Would’ve actually ordered because i’ve gone here once and liked the food. When I walked in I saw a lot of different options and got confused and sort of overwhelmed. I told the man making the food that my order might take a while and what he recommended, because I wasn’t sure of what to order. In a low tone he goes “it’s all in front of you,” then as for recommendations he couldn’t give any. I could tell he wasn’t in a good mood and probably would’ve been annoyed to answer my questions about what to get. I left without any food and just went to chipotle. I get customer service is hard but if you’re turning customers away because of your poor service skills get another job. Overall probably not gonna come back.
The MANAGER Brandon , is absolutely rude and should not be a manager. I literally retired my qdoba cravings, I’ll never eat qdoba again.
The women's restroom was covered in pee on every wall, the toilet was broken, the sink looked like it was thrown up in. Filthy to say the least. I could not even imagine the condition the kitchen must be in, I did not and would never eat here. Zero sanitary standards.
