Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Richmond

Great sandwich chain. The daily special was very good. Pretty noisy, which is typical. Outside tables for nice days. Similar to Subway or Quiznos.

I've been to Potbelly twice now and my favorite thing is the ice cream sandwich. I should say, I've ordered the pizza sandwich both times which is good, but a little light on the meatball and pepperoni. But, this ice cream sandwich does not disappoint. You choose your two cookies then they put a heap of ice cream between them. It's a lot to eat, so save room. As expected, it's crowded during the 12-1 lunch hour, but quiet after 2p if you like a late lunch. Service is reasonably fast and the facilities are clean.

Delicious and always gets my order right. Even with going there multiple times a week.

My first time there was last week. I was looking for something quick on my lunch break and came across it. Their customer service is awesome. They are super fast and the food is delicious. I ordered an uptown salad and broccoli and cheese soup. I'll return this week to try a sub!
