Portumex Incorporated - Richmond

I love their shrimp burritos from here but sadly I won’t be coming ever again. Today I parked in their parking lot with my husband. As we were deciding if we were going to dine in or take it to go this lady that works there came to our window and posted a paper saying cars getting towed for non customers” . We were confused and even asked her “is this Portumex parking lot?” She answered “yes” and we said “ oh but we going to eat there right now” in a rude way she said “ok”. So yeah never again going there being rude to customers WILL bring your business down! REPLY: I had bearly parked there not even for a minute I was discussing with my husband if we were eating inside Portumex or order to go! Or else why would I waste my time writing a negative review right lol anyways never again Adios

I literally grew up with Portumex ! I will always come home and get a steak Cancha! It is the best hands down! if you like spicy sauce get the green sauce, the red one is more my preference. Overall, this restaurant had exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff were all very pleasant and well-informed about the menu offerings. We dined in for lunch and each person spent between $20 to $30. I would recommend trying the fajitas.
