O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Richmond

Best experience and food!!! I love everything!!! Customer service was definitely at the point of going to the restaurant. Our waitress was the best!!! The food was delicious!!! The manager was also helpful. Not because of everything bad, but just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time. Having updated to our food, the waitress kept our drinks full, and we left full, satisfied and happy. Was not expensive at all! Will definitely go back. Hopefully we can get the same waitress again

I don't know what they use to clean the tables, but it was sticky and rough. It was cleaned again and was still sticky. Our server was friendly, but since we took our time to decide what it seemed to get, more and more frustrated back to our table every 4 minutes and even say that we seemed to be in a ?math test? it really made us worried. The food was ok, the bread they serve was the best, followed by the nachos that had a lot on the top, but absolutely nothing like you through. The honey-drizzled chicken is good as every roasted chicken is, but much too much baked for my taste. EDIT: I sent the email and there was a follow-up and compensation for my review. Kevin helped me and was very nice. Couldn't you ask for more? Thank you.

No, no, no. Server ran French while the management was in the front. Tea was too sweet, unimaginable, never saw waiters get another water or something else. Eating was okay. Fried chicken and honey were more like roasted chicken in soup. If there should put honey on the side so that it is not too pure liquid. Broccoli, I'm sorry because it wasn't cooked well and apologized there. Anyway, it had better. After leaving, we were told several times from cards not well. He finally came back and asked for cash instead of trying to repair the system, as I had thousands on all the cards that were assigned to him. Wonder what would have happened if we had no money.

Usually this facility has a good service and food. Today was probably the day nobody wanted to work on. I understand that there are short staff everywhere, but if you have 10 cars, when that, in the parking lot and little to no one sitting inside, eating, there is no reason that a party of 10 has to wait for the service.

Our meal was incredible food-wise but it wasn 't until after our biscuits and appetizer were long finished did we finally get our waters delivered to the table. Then when it was time to check out, our server came back to our table and asked us to clarify which card was for which bill again 'because he wasn 't paying attention when we told him the first time. ' His words, lmao. Straight up terrible service every time I have gone to this restaurant, which is a shame because the food is usually very good.
