O'charley's - Richmond

My husband and I weren't long at O'Charleys. We wanted to go somewhere else for our anniversary celebration, so we decided to try O'Charley's. The food was very good. I had the 8oz Prime Rib and my Husband had the salmon with Orso. My only disappointment was that they no longer had the chocolate cake they had on their menu. Our server was also very attentive. We'll go back definately.

Husband took me last night. Our server was awesome. His name was just as awesome. ... Quest. Quest you went above and beyond. Very good server.

We eat at O' Charlry's a lot of Saturday nights after Church, the food is always great and the service, no matter how crowed they are is excellent!

Very impressed. The food and service were excellent. The menu has a lot of variety. There are at least 4 dinner salads, steaks, seafood, burgers and other sandwiches. I had the California salad with grilled chicken and a Sam Adams on tap. The waitress knew the menu and was quick to check on us and get refills. The manager came by to check on us as well. We were also there on Wednesday which is free pie day . One of the better chain places in Richmond. Will be back.

We frequently eat at O'Charley's in Richmond and we got to know the manager, Barbara FitzPatrick. She always comes over to greet us and make sure that our meals are alright. She makes us feel comfortable eating there. The other day we found a phone in the parking lot and she was able to help us find out who it belonged to. She probably brings in a lot of business because she is so good at her job. When we have a night out, you make it a good one! Thank you, Barb! David Ellen Yount Union City, OH
