Favorite coffee spot on campus, perfect place for a meet cute (when you can go inside again), vegan French toast is amazing!

SERVICE EXCELLENT FOOD EXCELLENT CLEANLINESS EXCELLENT THE WHOLE TEAM AT HARRISON STREET CAFE I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now... every place has their bad days but this place is amazing if they mess up, they bounce back and make it right without a question! They are very kind and understanding. The whole team the owner is very polite and they. remember. my. name. what I like to order! They treat me as if I were family and I love that they are personal like that with regulars. I never feel out of place or unhappy when I leave the cafe. Thank you everyone who works here for making my lattes and soy sage burritos/vegan French toasts.

We are newly vegan and just so happy to find a restaurant we can find so many GOOD things to eat!!! Not just vegan options but downright DELICIOUS things to eat! Today we had vegan biscuits and gravy and French toast that tasted BETTER than any we've ever had! The breakfast potatoes were perfectly seasoned and the sausage patties were out of this world! Highly recommend!!!

My friend recommended we come here after she had been here once before. We were in town for a concert and decided to come up early, from Hampton, to grab brunch here. We ordered the vegan french toast and vegan popeye burrito. Both were INCREDIBLY delicious! The french toast was by far my favorite french toast I 've ever had, not just vegan kind. It was just the perfect size thickness, spongy and not too sweet. The burrito was also really tasty. The 'sausage ' was seasoned perfect and it had a nice hot sauce in it. I added some extra hot sauce cause I like mine a little more spicy. I am definitely coming back ... in fact we tried to come back after the show and they were closing early for a special event they were hosting : The price is great, the food is better. Definitely recommend coming here when you 're in Richmond! Even if you 're not vegan.
