Bidra med feedbackA great experience. By ordering the app, so I parked in their lot and tried to get in, but all the doors were locked. So I arrived at the ride thru and after 5 minutes of my time it was finally my turn where they told me that since I was a mobile job, I had to pick it up. I told him it was locked, he said I was wrong. So I parked again and tried the doors, they were still closed. I knocked on the door and an employee came out and gave me an attitude about knocking at the door and said I had to wait in the car until they brought it to me. Saw about 20 minutes in the car until the food came out. Never back to this place.
I bought the family meal and like most people I trust that every thing in my bag was correct after waiting in line for my food at the drive thru. The chicken was so dry and hard and I'm appalled that Kentucky Fried chicken would even serve that and take my money ?.
If I could give minus star I would, this place never have what you ask for... So now they give you what ever is available, order 2 number combo yesterday breast and wing with mash potatoes, second meal with french fries,. They gave me three chicken tenders in one box, or other box two thighs and a leg. Two Dr peppers. $14.94 on absolutely nothing I asked for. Please check your food a drive thru, they will give you any thing, knowing most people don't check there orders, so check your orders before you pull off. promise you will not go back to this KFC.
This is now my go-to KFC! I've started driving past two other KFC locations just to come here because the service and food I experienced today were significantly better than what I used to get at the other two. We went through the drive-thru, so I didn't see the interior, but my order was spot on and the food was fresh.
The customer service was terrible! A young staff member rushed me to place my order and then dropped my change on the floor. I'm glad to leave this review and won't be returning!
