Ho Wah Chinese - Richmond

Very Very Very Rude and sucks like food is prepared by Japanese people instead of chinese. No one employed has been to China especially the poor child (baby girl) who they got answering the phone And she is only 7y.o just horrible

Disgusting restaurant I came and ordered food shrimp fried rice with chicken wings and got multiple pieces of blonde/brown hair in my food . Asked for a refund and wasn’t granted one wouldn’t come back or recommend

Too much grease in fried rice. The service was poor.

They are so money hungry and greedy. i placed an order for one hunan shrimp and broccoli and one hunan chicken and broccoli and recieved two hunan shrimp and broccoli even though i specified my order due to my child having a shrimp allergy. they told me to bring my human shrimp and broccoli back to the restaurant which is 100% a good violation because what are they going to do with recycled human shrimp and broccoli ? i brought back my order and got my replacement but asked for an egg roll for the inconvenience and they said no . never again will i order from here
