Hardee's - Richmond

My biggest complaint is the people that work there are super slow. Not very friendly. They come off like you are interrupting them. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger

Drive thru is so slow, been waiting for over a half an hour now. If I wasn't trapped in line I would have left already. This is pitiful. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Mushroom Swiss Burger

Was held at speaker for too long trying to hold cars there till lunch turned over that would have been for 7 minutes and there was plenty of time left for breakfast and no cars in front of me waiting on food. Bad business if you ask me. This store gets a bad name as it is. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

Hardees I was at in Richmond,Indiana, said open at 6 am, it was ten minutes after, no one spoke or said anything at the speaker, so drove up to service window and a employee came to window, we asked are you taking orders, they said they weren't ready. So we went to McDonald's. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Service: 1

Breakfast I never have an issue with. Lunch is iffy sometimes. They have ALWAYS over cooked the chicken sandwiches. They are hard as a rock everytime. I just stopped ordering them. Food: 3 Service: 4
