Great grill for an honest price. The staff is friendly, definitely good hard working Texas people make good food. Whether chicken, sourcing, brisket or bougaine, they do it right. The pages are simple, but well prepared. The beans, Spanish rice, Slav, potato salad are large barbecue companions. They do nothing groundbreaking, but you make the locals more for more through the book approach and friendly service.

Solid BBQ Brisket Sandwich, I really liked her sauce. Food and service was fast and friendly. Cutter did well when I asked for lean brisket and they had my favorite, RC Cola. I'm back. If you're serving BBQ from a small country house on the street, you should check it out. You have all the basics of Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and Chicken with all usual pages.
