Cross Grain Brewhouse - Richmond

We regularly travel over the airport richmond on the way to and from trans-Atlantic flights. we always visit cross grain and find the waiting staff here unbeautiful, polite and helpful. next to the always fresh, tasty eating it makes this part of our trip to a real pleasure! many thanks to cross grain ric. our waiter was kayla today, she was great! friendly, welcoming and efficient!?

Sturdy in ric for a long AA delay, decided to get past my tor on the Cross Greeks at midday. the chicken sandwich with chips and a ginger-alt. first strike....no ginger-ale. second strike. the bungalow was enormous and covered whatever was in it. chips surpass the plate practically. but what about the grilled chicken? I think it was fought with a kind of mysterious coating. it was not visually appealing and tasty. third strike. $21 and change, give me at least one kiss if you want to take me for a ride. no movement... we're not back.

The service of savannah s was exceptional! fast, friendly and very pleasant. the salat was fresh and cooked for perfection. great place to get a bite while waiting for a flight in richmond.

Before or after their flight, they should check them. I have the grilled cheese and cannot complain

Avoid the place at all costs, slow service, bad attitude , employees on their cell phone in the back. 45 minutes for fish and chips? People who ordered after me got their food way before me with the correct order. Eat before you get to the airport as this airport has very few food service selections. funny gets to me in the fish isn't cooked in the middle and I ordered french fries and they brought chips instead. They need to get a new manager and a new kitchen staff.
