Bidra med feedbackWe came here on a Tuesday night and there was something packed. We went here from the hotel, but I think there are street parking and some parking garages. There were a long number of individuals on the front, some for pickup and others to sit. It took about 10 minutes, because only one person was working the front. He told us to sit down. Most tables were dirty, plates stacked, empty cups, napkins everywhere. We chose a stand, but there were crumbs all over the place and a server called that we could sit there. Another server came by with menus and was thrown around to find something to clean the booth. When she received our order, another server stopped it by coming to the table. We ordered our food quickly, it was a merchant. My friend ordered the 2 sets of 10 traditional wings, a salt and vinegar and the other Parmesan garlic. I ordered 2 sets of 6 traditional, a lemon pepper dry ruby and the other spicy garlic. I wanted to order the Fried Pickles, but they were out. All were pretty good in taste. The dry incenses were to coat the entire wort on the top instead of evenly. We also ordered the Dirty Dub's dead. That was pretty good. The papers were really crispy, but there were large pieces scattered by burnt brisket.
I agree with previous reviewer, this BWW location was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online today for to-go order. I was ten minutes early; food was ready. Got back to eat lunch, boneless wings were obviously old, cold, salty, overcooked and disgusting! Wings didn’t have enough mild sauce to cover each wing. Fries were cold and hard as well! I threw the rest away. Waste of time and money. Never again! I would not recommend this location to anyone!
This was the worst Bdubs experience I have ever had. Ordered online and arrived at the time given online that it would be ready. There was hardly any customers in the restaurant. Front desk person was taking an extremely long phone order. When I did get to talk to her she told me it was not ready. I waited around 10-15 minutes. We had ordered bogo wings extra wet with carrots, ranch, and a bottle of mild sauce. What we got was wings that may as well have been chicken nuggets because they had no sauce on them and we got 5 bags of carrots. There was no ranch or the bottle of mild sauce that we paid for. After having to wait so long I would at least expect the order to be correct.
So I’ve come here twice in the last two months; sadly, horrible experience both times. First we sat inside and watched the servers around us serve people who came in after us and then had to ask for someone to serve us after waiting 30 minutes. Didn’t even get our drinks taken. Then today with it not being busy, we sat outside and once again had to get up and ask for someone to serve us and then was told “the servers don’t like to come outside” I’m sorry what? The servers don’t like to serve outside? So how long would I of been sitting outside waiting for someone to come take my order if I didn’t ask for help? Tell the servers to do there jobs or fire them! Honestly I don’t recommend this place at all. On the other hand the bartender that took our order and helped us was absolutely lovely! Very kind and polite. Helped making up for the horrible servers so thanks to him for doing his job the right way and this location needs more people like him!
Definitely avoid this place, bad service. We ordered an app we never got, took forever to place orders because bartender/server was chatting with other tables. We were pretty upset and wanted to take the food to go so we asked for boxes as soon as we got the food. Got the boxes 20 minutes later. Took even longer to cash out. Ordered dessert we never got. I guess I was so distracted I left my credit card there. Called the next day to check and see if they had it. Was told a manager would call me back. Never got a call. Ended up canceling the card so I didn't have to go back to this place.
