Beautiful environment, gorgeous flowers, beautiful eating presentation, and very friendly staff. I had no special cripples.
A delightful way to Celebrate Christmas with great food and tastefull decorations. Service not quite up to scratch. Had to get their attention when arriving and no tea strainer! However very helpful in guiding me to the toilets as was very muddy underfoot.
Poor service. Ugly standard teapots. Sugar served in packets. For £45 each it was a waste of money and disappointment.
Brilliant afternoon tea. The food was delicious and the service perfect Amazing choice of sandwiches and cakes. Just loved it
