Fairly priced pastries and polite staff. Just wished they were faster… sometimes waited 45min for food. Not the best processes.

Saw this while on my way to a big chain coffee house and decided to give it a try... very glad I did!! The coffee was good, and the breakfast wrap was delicious! Don't miss this gem!

I went to pick up an order for a small diplomat cake. They were careful to ask if eggs were ok and if there were any allergies, which I appreciated.The cream around the cake and between the layers was delicious; the white sponge cake was good, tasted like any other normal sponge; the problem was the layer of pastry.It was really soft and chewy, so whenever we tried to cut a slice the top half of the cake just kept sliding. It lost its structure. The texture was a problem..Other than that, good cake ?

My experience here was extremely disappointing. I went in asking for a ham and cheese croissant. I simply asked the worker nicely if she could you a clean or washed pair of tongs because I have a nut allergy and wanted to lessen the chance of cross contamination because the items with nuts we being touched all with the same tongs and she said no. I was shocked and appalled. Then proceeds to get my croissant. This was extremely frustrating. Not even the fact she said no. That’s okay I can take my business somewhere else. It’s the way this worker handled the situation and the tone she said no in. Yummy food, but terrible customer service.
