Bidra med feedbackConveniently located in Yaohan Foodcourt, Richmond. Tried their Chow Kuey Teow (not bad), Hainanese Chicken Rice (not bad, altho ' I prefer somewhere else) their curries which is quite good. From the looks the 'buffet table ', curries are thick yummy. Prices are reasonable.
Authentic. Best Chow Kuey Teow in Canada so far, slightly better than hawker's delight. Reminds me of home. Will be back to try the remaining items on the menu.
One decade plus and still going strong. My family first introduced me to Curry House sometime in the mid-1990 's I think. Even as a wee lad i knew that the curry was some of the best that was offered in Vancouver, and it 's kept me going back even until now. I only ever really order two or three things there: the Hainanese chicken combo (comes with traditional chinese blanched chicken complete with hot sauce and ginger/green onion sauce, side of rice and even healthy soup); curry chicken (comes in a lot of sauce with potatoes and rice on the side) and curry fish balls on a stick. According to my brother, 'it 's so good i could drink the sauce. ' <br/ <br/ Prices have gone up a little over the years, but what can you expect. Still, you can have a meal under $10. And afterwards you can walk over to Osaka grocery and get your shopping done =p
Yummy in my tummy!!!. I wish that there was a Curry House in the U.S! It is sooo delicious! Every time I eat there it reminds me of good ol' street foods of Hong Kong. The curry fish balls are very tasty, and the chicken is even better! The women who runs the shop is very kind also. I can't wait to go back in the future.
We were on a food court crawl and stopped into Yaohan and had their beef curry with a side of roti $10) roti was meah but the curry had a kick which was a surprise. The beef brisket were tender. Totally enjoyed it!
