Summer seems to have come and gone so quickly in Vancouver this year and now we’re well into Fall. That won’t stop me from reminiscing about our trip down to Steveston back in August when we picked up some of Timothy’s frozen yogurt.<br/ <br/ Appropriately known as “froyo”, there’s nothing better than enjoying a stroll down the Steveston boardwalk while eating some of this yummy and cooling treat. Here we have the Mixed Berry Froyo $5.25) in a freshly made waffle cone.<br/ <br/ Looks like Sophie wants some!<br/ <br/ If froyo ain’t your jam, they also serve up some killer gelato. Check out our last post where we tried some of their White Chocolate Raspberry Gelato.
I love that this restaurant is located near the triple lures in Steveston. I tried their freshly made frozen yogurt, where they mix fresh fruits right in front of you. The yogurt was very fresh and flavorful, served on a warm waffle cone. I opted for the blueberry flavor, but you can mix and match different fruit flavors. While it's a bit on the pricey side, the quality was worth it.
Whenever I visit Steveston, I usually make a point to go to Timothy's for some of their amazing ice cream. My favorite flavor is definitely their white chocolate raspberry - it's absolutely delicious! I also really like their hedgehog flavor. It's a shame they no longer offer samples. The price for a cup or cone is a bit high, but that's typical for ice cream shops. Despite this, I still love coming here!
When you’re walking around Steveston on a sunny day, it’s best to grab some ice cream to go. Timothy’s Frozen Yogurt is conveniently located on the pier and serves gelato, sorbetto, and frozen yogurt. They made my waffle cone fresh and filled it with white chocolate raspberry gelato for $5. The cone was a bit on the wide size which made it difficult to eat. However, the gelato was quite good and super creamy.
