Take Five Cafe - Richmond

This coffee shop is very convenient when you're at the south end of Richmond Centre. I usually stop by the bakery next to Take Five to buy some finger foods to enjoy with my coffee from Take Five.

When my wife and I pass by this restaurant, she usually picks up a pastry and I sometimes opt for a hot specialty coffee. The quality is above average and the prices are average. The owner is very friendly towards customers. There are only a few tables and chairs available to sit and enjoy your order. They also offer gelato and other specialty desserts to try.

I often visit this kiosk for coffee and a small snack when Tim Horton's is too crowded or when I am at the Apple store. Most of the time, I can find a quiet spot to sit and enjoy my order.

Take Five Cafe is very convenient and handy, just about feet from Tim Horton (which is generally too busy). Take Five Cafe has similar offerings to that of Starbucks and there is generally more than ample seating. The prices are a bit rich but...in my opinion more than worth the additional cost because of the convenience.

Horrible tasting, bitter coffee but not in a good way. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it tasted like water with coffee residue. Baristas always change and give inconsistent service. Other items are overpriced and a waste of money. If you want good coffee...in the mall, do not go here.
