June25, 2023 , It’s my 2nd time to visit at this restaurant and I realized that customer service really SUCKS! Waitress and even the Supervisor is rude and NO care for your patrons.Me and my family friend with a group of 8 (4 of them are kids) who just bump each other there, would like to be charge for 18% grats? Why? I don’t have problem giving 20% tips as long as you have a good services though.I told the waitress since we came separately and no intention to be with each other table would it be ok if we can split our table then, She commanded and say NO, she insisted in front of our face that she don’t care if we leave ..WOW VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE !!Please have your staff trained for being polite, customer came to a place not only because of food but for the GOOD service as well.

Satisfactory Korean run Japanese restaurant in a good complex with lots of parking . We had ventured here for a family dinner and ordered a lot of food (as pictured). The tempura was nicely coated and crispy. The sunomono was a bit more vinegary than I’d like. The yakisoba was okay but a bit oily. Overall it was a decent meal! It was quite busy and had a lot of pick up orders which means it must be a fan favourite in the neighbourhood.

Food was mediocre. Wasabi was really watery.We ordered full sized salmon sashimi but it seemed like full. Service was okay, they can do the minimum but if you ask for anything else, they aren’t pleased we asked for an extra sauce dish. The sushi chefs were friendly tho! And there’s tons of free parking in this plaza.

Disappointed, NO RAMEN!! There is, however, udon, but nothing to write home about. I had the most expensive udon on the menu, Seafood Udon, only cost $14.95. Big bowl. Looks a lot, but eyes can be deceiving. One of each shrimp, mussel, a handful of tiny bay scallops, a fishball split in two, one quarter-piece imitation crab, etc. Not a lot of udon either and a soya sauce broth. Tasted so-so. Like I said, nothing to write home about.Ikaru, Toro, and Hamachi sushis, on the other hand, are very good. Standard price but taste fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.PS. The wasabi here sucks! Extremely weak. Lacks the punch. Lacks any pungent taste. Bring your own! ??
