Bidra med feedbackI absolutely love the shrimp dish at this restaurant, and the soup is the best I've ever had! Although the portions are small and the prices are high, don't be surprised when you see them on the menu.
Since my last visit to the neighborhood, Cantonese Wonton Noodle House has significantly improved. While the ambiance may not be top-notch and the place can be a bit noisy, the noodles are delicious and worth the price. I had to order two bowls to fill me up, but it was well worth it. It may be a bit pricey for larger groups, but the authentic Cantonese wonton makes it a worthwhile experience. Pay for what you get and enjoy the privilege of having a taste of classic Cantonese cuisine.
MAX Noodle The house name is the tongue in the cheek. The Chinese name is best suited to Mak 's Tiny Noodle House. The Chinese character for tiny is NOT BIG. The portions are tiny! However, the taste is excellent. I've been coming back for more than 20 years...her famous wine-growing noodles, fish conges, pig's kidney and liver, 'choi sum ' veggie, fried tofu, shui Gao dumplings and braided beef briquettes. Price for two now near C$40. Worth it.
The restaurant is very small and usually very busy with what I was told. Since it was a long weekend, we didn't have to wait very long for a table. The food was pretty good, but the portion size was small. For a small...bowel of wonton noodles, it costs about $10.50.
The quality of the the wonton and the noodle still the best over all the noodles in Vancouver ,it is totally authentic Canton style ,but the portion is very small ,if you hungry ,this is not the place for you ! the atmosphere and the...decor is noise ,dirty ,NO SERVICE at all ,I can tell since my last visit ,every thing seen go down hill ,but they still keeping their Signature wonton and home made noodle ,in higher quality !
