The food was good, but the service was terrible. the waiters even ignore them after they got their eye. it was almost impossible to get the children. it seems that if they are not ethic Chinese, they do not count. we had...better service in peking in juni 1989

Our family went to go and eat; but we were barely recognized, despite our food ready.

That is my man and my second lunch in the empire. our first experience last time before covid was very good. we decided to go back. the favorite of my man was deep peace shrimp rolls. we love their sui mai and beancurd wrap with. abalone sauce and pan seared egg plant with shrimp paste. but pan fried pork buns was so, it had no crispy floor like authetic shanghainese restaurant, deep fried bean curd can be cut into smaller cubes so it is crispy. I am very disappointed by her face fried flat rice noodle with beef and black bean sauce, the reisnudel was not stir fried so that all stick to each other. two of us spent CA$100 with tips. overall it is not bad.

It is one of the best raised Chinese seafood in the mainland, for a long time in richmond, from the old location to the new location well over 20 years decor, is very elegant, not cheap place to eat,.sehr pricier, it is luxurious the dimm-sum house, much change due to the pandemic, they only work 50% capacity, with limited seat! we had for five people for business meetings, beautiful pills of the most important loud toned, no problem with the safety guidelines, beautiful made, about all the dim sum article very high quality, and fresh hot, I can not find a thing wrong,oh, my chicken feet so good! oulala, I command two for me very professional tablet, manager of our company! it is really 100% authentic hong kong style! I am happy to come here to their Lobster Set Dinner! So if you want a pleasant good quality dim sum up, the place is much underground parking! reservation must .avoid week end!

Worth Five star for their consistency and food quality! I have been to this restaurant numerous times and have always had a satisfying meal be it dim sum or other main course items. Must order items includes: Shrimp Spring Rolls, Fried Egg Plant with Shrimp...Puree, Shredded Pork Chow Mien and the list goes on! I like their interior, bright open, with comfortable chairs, it just makes for a more relaxing dining experience, staffs are polite and efficient. Kudos to Fiona who singlehandedly managed the front, not only checking in customers, taking call in orders, dealing with take-out delivery drivers, making sure no one is staying at the waiting area to reduce number of people etc. This place can get very busy so please please call ahead to reserve a table to prevent waiting!
