Mcdonald's - Richm

Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have any more spicy nuggets. then waited 10 more minutes for me to have to go inside and get the food myself. all the food was cold. i was missing items in my order as well. and most of the workers were screaming at each other and fighting, when i went inside. they also had a line around the building that was not moving at all.

For a McDonald's this place is great! Almost never messes up my order and the servers are so professional and quick. Drive thru line is almost always quick. Only forgets my sauces like 5% of the time. Very rarely do I get cold, old fries. But my friend told me if its a weird hour and not peak eating times, to ask for no salt cause then they have to make a new batch. Then you just ask for salt packets at the window.

No one was taking orders at the drive-through, and they were all standing in the back in the morning at 6

I just had a full breakfast and orange juice, and they didn't give it to me in full. It's not the first time they've done that thing where you ask for one thing and they give you the next thing. They were supposed to bring the pancakes.

After 20 minutes of screaming babies he refused to let us have food and come back after their card system was up and running and instead told me to go to an atmosphere. Doesn't make sense to me, no heads up intercom.
