Big fan of Chicano's their staff is amazing! Friendly people great food!

Lovely spot with a BIG menu. Everything still seemed fresh, and the margaritas were strong. The staff were so kind and patient, will definitely come here regularly.

We stopped in for dinner before a show at the Dominion Center. A lot of the other nearby places had a long wait for a table (Friday night show). We were seated here immediately, got delicious chips, salsa, white dip, and margaritas. I had the tacos 3 ways, all of them good but the fish one was a real standout. The service was fast and the server was very nice. Nothing fancy but good mexican food if you find yourself downtown.

My favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown Richmond ! This is my go-to Rib Eye steak with a la diabla shrimps w rice and beans oh and corn tortillas. They also make the best drinks ! (Mojitos are the best !

I love this place. I've just finished my second dinner from Chicano's in two nights. If I was staying in town another night, I'd consider it. Night one was Lalo's Burrito. Wonderful. The beef was tender. The sauces were fantastic. The guacamole was right-on. The tortilla chips worked well as cutlery (I did take out and didn't get utensils). Night two was enchiladas verdes. Unstoppable. Everything worked. Got a sweet tea this time and it was such a good move. All of this was eaten at a hotel desk while watching Copa America. Peru got a red card and lost to Canada. Oh well. Good food. Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes raw onions and cilantro sprinkled by an artist on top of a steaming enchilada, then absolutely.
