Caribbean Chef - Richm

We were traveling through Richmond yesterday and wanted Caribbean food. We found this place on google. When we arrived the place was closed and appeared to have been closed for a while now. We were very disappointed because all the positive reviews, we just knew we were about to have a good meal after a long day of traveling.

Found this place years ago and I must say I love the food. Always a fair portion. You will never leave hungry unless you did not eat. The Curry Chicken is a must try. It just melts in your mouth. The owner is awesome. When my daughter was little and I took her there for the first time she wanted chicken fingers and mac cheese. They did have mac and cheese but he made her some. She loved the chicken fingers and the mac cheese. I just wish I still worked in that area again but I truly miss not being there at least once a week.

The best Carribean jerk chicken in Richmond! Hands down!

Great food! I will go there again. The owner is great in explaining the different meals and choices. Everything is clean and atmosphere is great!
