Wendy's - Richfield

Store was dirty, manager was a total jerk, they have been out of chili both times we've visited in the last 2 weeks and the fries were old and cold both times.

Had a salad and baked potato. Just wanted something light because I went overboard at a Mexican place the night before. Food was good. Service was better than I expected from Wendy's.

The the lady that answer the phone on 3/29/24 at 2 pm was just rude I called about price for parking and after answers I ask my question she would just hang up with out answering the question

No one wants to work. They are on their phone and not worrying about customers at all. This place is dirty and for sure not coming back.

This has to be the best Wendy's ever! From the very beginning at order taking to the courteous greetings. I could not believe how clean the kitchen floor was. Hats off!I knew the name of the server. Big guy. Around 130 PM on 2/17/2024.
