Sushi Go Richardson

Genuinely the most disappointing poke bowl I’ve ever seen. I will say the sushi rice was prepared properly and at the right temperature. All other aspects of the poke bowl were beyond disappointing. The greens were some grocery store spring mix completely inappropriate and much of the lettuce was brown and slimy. There were not nearly enough greens or veggies just a few. The fish quality was subpar I had yellowtail and salmon. They also could not tell me if it was wild, caught or farm raised, which is very concerning. The fish portion was very disappointing as well. it’s really a shame that pes is being represented like this in Texas. I hope that people here can see correct options because it’s a great dish.

I ordered take-out (the Temptation roll and gyoza appetizer) and both dishes were made in a timely manner. Very tasty rolls, great value, and the two workers who were there for my pickup were very friendly!
