Bidra med feedbackQuite disappointed by the good. While it was tender, it had little taste. the mac and the cheese were cold and dried. eating was not bad, but it wasn't great.
Great experience at this place. the staff were friendly from the beginning. eating looked fresh and appealing. the hot fresh roll person came twice through the restaurant to offer fresh rolls. the chicken I had was perfect. I was in many different spring-cree locations in dfw and that was the best to far.
The competition is hard here, but I experienced excellent food preparation, service, cleanliness. beautiful smokey, damp braut with good crust. Baby back ribs are delicious. my side Italian green beans good taste, and baked beans must be a Texas style as they have a edgy taste. not my preference, as I have baked more of a sweet basic like boston. next time, I'll go to the ranch I usually get. beautiful large surprise was free big dive real vanilla eis. they drank my cup coffee. the richardson restaurant is characterized by customer service.
This is not worth $21.95 $35 total.) 3 thin ribs bone, cold sausage, hard roll. the baked potato was at the point. I was very disappointed by what was delivered to my door. in price and will not be ordered again by them.
Money hungry!! First of all, the food is great. They also bring you rolls and ice cream to your table. But man, do you pay for it. Overpriced everything. Every meal is over $10 and all drinks are $3. I?m very suspicious because the same overcharge has happened at two locations with different employees at least 3 times now. Leads me to think they are purposefully trained to charge you more on purpose. They will charge you a brisket plate when you got a chopped baker which is a five dollar difference. I asked an employee while I was eating if I could be reimbursed, and she directed me to the manager. The manager didn?t say much, just that I could get up and go do it myself at the counter. Very disappointed in the customer service. The bathrooms were dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor and stuck to my shoes. So I went up to the counter. As the manager, if a customer was overcharged, go handle it for them. And take that item off completely as a way of apology. I was charged for the original meal instead. I would recommend just taking the price off and apologizing. This would be much better customer service.
