Queen's Pizza Subs - Rich Creek

They took an hour to make our 2 pizzas ready and they told us 30min! it was also very dirty in the kitchen! never come again!

Phenomenal pizza! Service was great, pizza was prepared on the exact minute they stated, staff was well mannered and the pizza was awesome!100% recommend!@Queens, you guys should talk with Jared Spencer at Kairos Resort. If you set up a lucrative delivery fee to deliver to the resort I am certain a ton of visitors would use you guys!

One of the workers asked me what i wanted on my calzone, i specifically said pepperoni and cheese, she then asked if that is all i wanted i said yes, i received a sausage and cheese calzone, i think this was because she didn’t like us, 1/10 would not recommend

We have been getting Queens in Rich Creek for years and it went down hill within the past year. The food isn’t the same…I think maybe they have new vendors? The chicken, fries, wings, etc are all different now and not very good. The quality has went down a lot…please bring the old Queen’s back!

Ordered food over the phone. Was no issue with that. When I arrived they did not give me my entire order. I was 1 minute away from home 15 minutes from the store when they called to let me know. I had to turn around and head back. In total I spent 1 hour driving for dinner. For an issue that shouldn't of existed.The calzone was okay. Didn't really like the bread on it. The cheese sticks need seasoning added to them. Add some garlic seasoning or Italian seasoning to them would give it a much better taste. The salad with the Alfredo had an off smell.
