Bidra med feedbackA friend invited me to see her son in laws band the ...mendingwall play ar this place in their outdoor venue...I had a great time it was very family oriented and they sounded greatI didn't eat but the food looked delicious and they served right out in the venue
If I could’ve given this no stars I would’ve . I wanted to throw my friend a little birthday party outside on the patio area so I messaged the party coordinator which they responded maybe one time asking a date and time which I emailed them back and never heard from them again so decided to call the owner answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional and said they don’t take reservations even though on their website, it says plan an event , and then hung up on me … So clearly they don’t want people planning an event… super rude
Anticipating a wonderful Mother’s Day with the family can be quite stressful. Coordinating schedules, sending out messages, and trying to get everyone together is often easier said than done. To ease the pressure, my family decided to dine at a well-known restaurant that would take care of the hosting stress. That’s when we chose Silver Springs Vineyards. Having been to this restaurant before, we were prepared for the line to order – yes, you have to queue up just like at a taco truck on the street for $20 plates of food. Once we found a parking spot, we entered a rustic barn-like atmosphere. Surprisingly, the barn feel wasn’t as bad as expected, but it was clear that this place was a step up from fast food, though not by much. The food was average, the building was average, the seating was subpar, and the service…well, that’s where things went downhill. The person taking orders was incredibly unhelpful, impolite, and inflexible. She outright refused to make any changes to our dishes, citing the busy Mother’s Day rush. Ordering an omelet became a nightmare – we were told to just pick out the ingredients if we didn’t like them, risking getting sick or spending precious Mother’s Day moments picking out unwanted toppings. The chaos of the line and the rude behavior of the staff, who seemed irritated at having to work on Mother’s Day, was palpable. The disappointment on everyone’s faces was evident, and it was clear that they were regretting coming before the day had even begun. Yelp reviews bashing the poor service and unfriendly staff were plentiful, further tarnishing the restaurant's reputation. In summary, Silver Springs Vineyards offers rude service, overpriced food, a barn-like setting, inability to customize $20 omelets, and the need to modify your order after receiving it. I’d rather go to Burger King where they at least let you "have it your way". Despite having visited this place multiple times before, we consistently had similar experiences. However, following this Sunday's letdown, we have decided to seek out other restaurants that prioritize customer service as much as the food they serve. I will no longer recommend Silver Springs Vineyards, and I hope they take the feedback about their poor service and rude staff to heart and make necessary changes to better serve their customers.
If I could give Silver Springs a million stars, I would. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was even better. They have a winery, vineyard, event space, Bed and Breakfast, and restaurant on site, and everything is beautifully integrated and well-planned. George and Michele are fantastic hosts and make everyone feel like family. If you're in the area (or even nearby), you'd be missing out if you didn't visit.
We dined al fresco, enjoying the lovely weather. The chicken parmesan was delicious. The fish dish was decent. I wish they had sweeter wines available, as it would have elevated the meal and evening.
