Docks - RICCIONE

First time we came here because we were hungry and tired and this was the nearest place. Without any expectations, we came here and had a great time and meal here. Service was very nice and hospitable. We took two pizzas (margarita and vegeteriana) and we was surprized by it's shape and taste. Margarita here is an excellent combination of cheese and sauce. Dough was thin and moderately dry. Second time we came here, because we wanted the nice place we know, with moderate prices, tasty food and good service. We took shrimps in batter and some salads. This place combines japanese-style seafood with traditional italian style of cooking and it will surprise you by the quality. It's hard to tell, why there are so many not-so-good reviews. This place is clean, serves tasty food and personnel is really nice. Third time we took risotto with seafood. It felt like a little sea in your plate and was really tasty. I liked it. There are also coctails here. We ordered a coctail based on sake, and it was refreshing and tasty. Overall, i had a good time in that place and surely will come back if i ever come to Riccione again.

At this time there were no Sushi, but only Italian and Thai menu. Sushi is probably for the summer season. Anyhow, the place was pretty quiet at Sunday evening but the food was actually very good. My choise was fresh Tagliolini pasta with vongole and mini tomatos and some Rucula salad on side. Good presentation, tasty and fresh vongole clams. Decent pricing and good service, so 4 stars earned.
