PARFAIT! A dish at the top, an exquisite cooked dessert, very good wines. Perfect seasoning and cooking. Promise, I will come back when I supply white wines with my producer.

A high-end hotel , an excellent restaurant , a top staff , a great vintage riesling , all at a very affordable price . Not to be missed if you go to Ribeauvillé .

Thanks to the whole team, we had a great weekend. Comfortable room, good kitchen, nothing to say anything was perfect!

Pleasantly surprised both for the room and for the meals taken at the restaurants: the 'scalope de sandre rôtie, the sauerkraut, the entrances ... watered with a grand cru riesling, do not go further than in this beautiful little jewel of Alsatian village! The young waitress was really adorable and good advice!!!

Many years ago we accidentally discovered this crunchy hotel and have been there several times. Every visit to Alsace leads us to the Cheval Blanc for a few nights. Excellent is the kitchen and not to forget the Apéretif de la maison: Crémant with Géranium a palate joy:
