This is the best breakfast we have had in years. The service was great and the staff was very friendly.

We have stayed at this small hotel twice when visiting Carlisle on the steam train. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and the food is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and we had a great experience both times.

We stayed for one night and found the room to be spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the castle. The breakfast was wonderful, with a full English option that perfectly matched the ambiance of the place. There were also choices like cereal, fruit juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit for those who prefer a lighter meal. We will definitely be staying here again.
