First visit in a couple of years and still a good place to visit.i had a most delicious apple pie flavour ice cream. Good selection.

The ice cream at this restaurant is of good quality and comes in a variety of flavors. I recommend trying the pork pies if they are still available. It's best to visit on a sunny day to enjoy the lovely outdoor seating in a charming setting. It's a perfect reward after a nice walk.

During a leisurely stroll around the area with friends, we decided to stop for coffee. The outdoor tables set on the grass offered picturesque views of the village that were hard to rival. We enjoyed delicious coffee and our friends purchased some chocolate. The shop also sold a variety of items such as postcards, ice creams, and sandwiches, although there were no options for vegans like myself. It seems that Downham may not cater to many vegans. Despite this, we would happily return for the friendly service, tasty coffee, and peaceful atmosphere.
