Bidra med feedbackI usually don't write reviews, but I didn't have the best experience today, after a long day at work and after my daughter practice. we thought we were eating and the order I had for me was missed. Maybe the employees should repeat the job before they recharge, that was all to check. I'm coming home and I'm just commanding my daughter and not me. I called the place to finish him, and when I arrived, the door was closed, okay, I get it. I had to go back to the line in the drive thru and to complete it, I got a debit fee and no excuses or nothing. If you are not happy with your job, you might find one you like. Anyway, I didn't say everything was the first time. so check their orders before leaving and make sure they actually go with their right eating. the casser was called selene. good overall is okay, but the experience wasn't.
I have ordered 4-5 different paintings, on consecutive days or random and each time the chicken tacos and chicken burrito was fresh. the red and green salsa are both very good and the homemade juices were always good. I would say that this is one of the better tacos shops in the opposite is just because in my experience the meat was always fresh. can not speak for the carne or pig, but chicken and quesadillas were very good. Maybe one of the best spots for authentic tacos between the 57 and 215, and the 210 and the 91, or I just had a lot of luck.
They have horrible service. They incorrectly gave me my order. I ordered french fries well done and four tacos of chorizo. I received soggy fries and four tacos of tripa. Don't know how chorizo and tripa sound the same but apparently that's what she heard. So I had to waste gas to go back to them and say, hey you got my order wrong can I have my money back. She replied I can't give you your money back all we can do is give you the correct order. I didn't want my order again so they can get it wrong again. I politely said that I wanted my money back and they told me I couldn't. I told the manger that's not my problem please give me my money back. She finally agreed to give my money back but because I paid with Apple Pay she said that she couldn't give me my money back that she would have to call me back. It was a debit card all they had to do was open the register give me my $20. They can figure out the logistics of that later on. Good customer service would've been to open up the register give me my money back and call it a loss. And I will be back tomorrow to get my money back. At this point it's not even about the $20 it's about how you should treat customers.
I'm giving them a 1 star. This is due to them not giving lemons when we order tacos and to also charge for extra salsa when we know for a fact 1 salsa doesn't do the trick. Not saying everyone likes a good amount of salsa but this is a tacos and burrito place where it should just get packaged without asking. This is why the street vendors deserve more service because they will pack your burrito up and tacos while also giving you lemons, chiles and salsas.
I ordered a taco plate and the taco shells were like the ones from taco bell... Will not order hard shell tacos again! ?
