Bidra med feedbackOur first time at the Cinammon Tree Restaurant was a pleasant experience. We've visited their excellent location in Canton before, so we were excited to try out their Sunday Buffet starting at 2.30pm. Despite arriving a bit early, the staff warmly welcomed us. The buffet was well organized, with a variety of starters including onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, tarka dhal, garlic mushrooms, and chicken dishes. There were also mains such as chicken, lamb, and a vegetarian option, along with pilau rice, boiled rice, and naan bread. The buffet was quite popular and priced at £19.95, which may seem a bit high but offers good value for the selection available.
The food was enjoyable, but unfortunately the service was slow and unfriendly. We didn't have a reservation, but there were plenty of empty tables. It took longer than expected to be given menus and place our order, and we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff just by being there.
Very poor booked for a birthday celebration, 5 of us vegetarian, was told when ordering there was no vegetables so ordered curries with just potatoes, food took 70 minutes to arrive and was cold , reason for food being cold was naan bread took so long to cook ? Servers quite ignorant ended up paying for drinks and going to nandos , very poor wouldn't recommend Service: Dine in
Nice food and excellent service Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
This restaurant experience was absolutely disgraceful. I traveled for an hour to get there for my reservation, arriving 10 minutes early and completely on time, only to find the restaurant closed with no lights on and no staff present. They didn't even bother to contact us about the booking. I do not recommend this place at all. The lack of communication was terrible. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
