Very excellent. I'm not a fish fan, I know that in this kind of establishment I wouldn't be disappointed. Eel in the entrance and pint in the apartment, it was a pleasure. the diversity of herbs in the dishes is impressive, from entry to dessert. We will definitely go back, even with 1h30 back, it's always a moment of pleasure. the price quality ratio is undeniable and the leader is always accessible to the exchange.

We were in this place a few days ago with my spouse and my beautiful parents We arrived first, a little late at 19:25; we wanted to call to prevent our delay, but we could not join the establishment; I had no confirmation email as indicated after confirming our reservation with a bank fingerprint on the site without answering my message before our arrival; Fearing when we arrived, after making more than 1:30 on the road. There was eventually not much, it seemed to us for a Saturday night given the number of tables. We ordered 4 tasting menus, with 4 aperitives and 3 glasses of wines (no cheese, no coffee or other). Small suggestion; we may have appreciated that our guests have an invaluable card as it is done in other institutions, but it has not been requested; not very serious; No surprise, we had a note at 540€. We ate well; the dishes were well presented, some more worked than others, with sometimes unpublished ingredients that we did not know. For this budget, however, with the decline, we really missed the WOW side we had in other establishments with presentations, textures, flavors... ; Maybe we missed an extra touch of finesse and modernity for some dishes? The dessert farandole seemed to us in numbers and disproportionate flavours compared to the dishes, even if we like the sweet as salt; Overall, sincerely a small disappointment in the fund so compared to the budget for dinner in this institution; without questioning the qualities of service and the chiefs.
