O'Charley's Reynoldsburg

Our waiter John was excellent and attentive. He made sure our water glasses were always full and delivered our food promptly while it was still hot. I really enjoyed the Southwest Chicken bowl.

The rolls were not fully cooked. The salad was wilted. My steak was very rare. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. The broccoli was overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The atmosphere at O'Charley's is much better than many competitors. When I go for dinner, I want to be able to hear what discussion is taking place at our table. Many restaurants are so loud lately, it seems that they do not try to build with materials that reduce noise. Your staff is excellent, tidy and professional despite lack of personnel elsewhere. And the salmon is absolutely delicious. Beautiful selection of salads and steaks. Prices are close to $20-$30/plate normal. Enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy your meals!
