The staff is wonderful! Any issues are addressed immediately. There is security which is comforting since I'm staying with small children. Always my first choice when looking for a date, clean room.

I stayed at this hotel, in a pinch, for one night. Honestly, I never stay at a hotel with less than 4 stars, and they 've reminded me why.Pros: Very helpful, kind staff. Quick and easy check in/check out. Decent room, clean/ comfortable bed. Excellent TV service. It is located near many stores.Cons: Ordered a non-smoking room, and immediately upon entering, I was SMACKED in the face with the smell of smoke. While the room was nicley decorated, the carpet was DISGUSTING. ALL the ice machines were down. Outdated vending machines and breakfast was never offered. My room was next to a fiends room...who had visitors all night and the sickness all morning. I was up until 5 am...at approximately 4am, I saw one roach... but that was more than enough...

I booked the room on a recent trip for the day I arrived and for the night before departure, however apart from the front desk attendant who was very pleasant. The rest of the experience was not acceptable, there was a very bad smell throughout the guest rooms area, the carpet was stained badly throughout the hotel. The airport shuttle was filthy as was the driver, who would not even acknowledge me. There are not any amenities within walking distance along with the neighborhood not being safe, I decided to not stay there on my return trip even though the room was prepaid and non-refundable. So after a long drive, I thought I had booked an early check in. I was wrong. However the manager waived the early check in fee, then even upgraded my room for free due to it being the only one available!24 hour roaming security. More camera 's than Ft Knox. Super clean and good smelling room and establishment!Reading the bad reviews ...if you are a law abiding person, can keep from damaging property that someone else has worked hard for, can understand that you cannot smoke, nor vape indoors at a hotel, than you 'll have an amazing stay at this hotel!! ?????Rooms: Super CleanSafety: 24 hour roaming securityWalkability: Several restaurants nearby

This place was great. Clean rooms with working air conditioning. They have a pool but we didn't use it as it was late when we got here. Plumbing as in flushing the toilets can use a little work, you have to hold it down until the water goes down; but otherwise really nice place. Both employees at the desk at night and in the morning were very friendly and helpful!!Rooms: Clean and comfy. Can hear other people through walls but muted. It's a motel, gonna hear other people! Got quiet after about 1130Food drinks: Plenty of restaurants near by, they have ice machines and vending machines.
