KFC - Reynella

I used to be a frequent customer at this restaurant, but in my last few visits, my order was consistently incorrect (missing the Zinger burger from my Zinger Box). I always order the kartoffel and gravy with every meal, but there were multiple instances where it was missing. When I called the shop to address the issue, I spoke to a rude and arrogant 18-year-old who dismissed me and did not offer to fix the mistake. This experience has left me disappointed and I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I wanted to get a Jalapeño salad that said no family dinner was necessary. the food area was dirty. the chips were cold and soggy, but not the first time that this happened. the service provided was curly and not happy.

The zinger box ordered. we don't have 12 soggy chips salt, although we're asking for extra. the burger was beautiful, the bad wings were very fat. the young boy was very polite, but a little out of his deep.

To put it blunt, the service was bad, tried to overload me, on the food the chips were cold, limp and white. the chicken was also cold the whole meal was soou fat. not worth the time or the money!

Thought we would try KFC the other night so ordered a 3 piece pack. Got home the chips were cold. The gravy and mash were fine. The 3 pieces of chicken were dried up and dehydrated which made eating them very difficult. Dont know how...they can serve that rubbish and charge heaps for it. Wont be seeing me there any more.
