1/2 empty restaurant tells me they’re full. Host said that even many tables were available, they would all be full in the next 15 minutes, and if I wanted to wait it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes. I’m having a hard time believing this

Prebooked table , had to wait for the table, drinks arrived promptly but had to wait more than 30 minutes for starter , and the starter of 3 items was very good, main dish steak only about average or less in quality.
