McDonald's - REVESBY

If they think that people are sweating when they say that this is the worst macdonalds ever, they are not. this is our local and in the years we have seen the management change and the menu change, but the only thing that has not changed is the bad food and that is missing to get their order right.

Mac is the worst. There's no service at the counter, you have to order through a machine. There's no paper for printing receipts, you have to ask the staff. When you get your meal, there's no napkins or sugar for the coffee. You have to ask for them. The dishes are not ready, and you have to ask the staff. Plus, the garbage can is always dirty.

I have put my order in the drive thru and asked for a frozen coke big to go with my big mac eating. this is only for the cup promo they have. the dame, which encoded in koks, no sugar in which I corrected them 3 times, and she said everything well. drove to the number counter and when I asked to check the order on the screen, I mentioned that the koks is not a sugar yet written there and I wanted a frozen coke. she said everything well and she had changed it. So I paid and go with you. I was handed over to a cococ without sugar at the pickup. I said the dame that I ordered frozen koks, and that the other that I paid said she changed him! then she asked me the stupidest question. “So I want an extra frozen coke?” no! I just want my frozen coks! then she turns around and returns to me and asks me again! “So you want a frozen coke now????” twice. I was like wtf! forget it. not worth my brain cells roast. not only did I not get what I ordered. I didn't even get the cup that is supposed to come with the meal! train her staff please! stressful as to house baby sitting a 1 year old.

I purchased 2 two happy meal. One is hamburger, the other is chicken McNuggets, and an apple pie., totally cost $20.60 at Revesby NSW. When I got home, just found missing McNuggets. What a shame...

The server was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. She even entered our order for us to make things easier.
