This place use to be one of my go to spots for takeout but after going and sitting to have a meal at the restaurant and seeing how bad their customer service is I will never be going back to them for anything. They have the worst customer service, and all the servers are stuck up and rude. Worst experience ever

Excellent food service! We worked with Humberto and his wife to order a yummy feast for a 50-person office luncheon and they delivered. Not only was the food great, with rave reviews in the office, but the whole process was smooth. The empanadas, Churrasco con Salsa Chimichurri and the yellow rice with shrimp were big hits. Not to mention the flan! Thanks again for the great service

Love this place, it's our go to in the Revere area!!! Honestly eat here once a week, great food every time.

If you 're not Colombian, don 't go there. Awful customer service. Security guard ran more than a block after me saying I didn 't pay. Turns out that I did pay the tab. They were upset cause I didn 't tip. Even called the cops on me. I laughed in the guards face when they said I was all set and had paid and was free to go. Expect to be treated differently if you 're not Colombian.

If you order from this place be prepared to wait at least 2 hours for your food, they take forever and never get the order right. No one speak English at the restaurant so brush up on your Spanish. I called today and placed and order for pickup they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, I went 25 minutes after and girl was playing with her phone and my order had never been put in. I told her never mind and walked out. I'll never deal with them again.
