This is the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had! The waiter thoroughly reviewed all the ingredients with me to ensure they were gluten-free and answered all my questions. They also sanitized all the utensils before preparing my meal.

Many gluten-free restaurants in Revelstoke were closed on Wednesday due to staff shortages, but we discovered Nikos, which assured us that all gluten-free items are prepared separately from gluten-containing products. They mentioned that while there is a pizza place, there is a potential for cross-contamination, as gluten pizzas are also made on-site. However, they do their best to maintain separation. Gluten-free options such as pizza, pasta, and poutine are available.
