Al Desco Pizzeria Gourmet - RETORBIDO

We were for the first time Al Desco in December 2022 for a birthday. Great pizza. We returned with friends in July 2023. Good pizza but not very good and above all: the waiter who served us very kind but the girl at the bar and the owner of an unheard of rudeness. We won't be back. Little but safe

Pizza arrived burned and tastefully burned. Once noted, we were told that that was the standard of cooking. I'm not coming back.

Very nice place in the green, with tables both outdoor and indoor, the well-kept place. However, although we had noticed that the pizza was largely burned, and it can happen, it was not replaced with another proper cooking. Room manager too insistent about the choice of pizza: you have to understand when to accompany the customer and when not. Also the same allowed to use the knife I was using, to verify the degree of burn! Well, a great sin, who sits at the table is important, comes once, and in the meantime, even if you explain to the chest that cooking can be blonde and you have to ask (which is a beer??? No more...

The mix of fries was seriously very good, especially the montanara. Passing to the pizzas, the balance between the ingredients was good, sin for cooking which was slightly raw, understandable error since we arrived after numerous pizzas. Recommended if you're on your knees.

Local very nice both inside and outside, young and kind staff. Great pizzas we will definitely return
