They increased their lunch special from 9000 to 9,900 COP (currently around $3.10 USD) and for this you get a drink (choice of juice or small soda) soup (which is always amazing today is a tortilla which is chicken based with carrots, potatoes and eggs cooked in the soup which is both typical and awesome), small salad with cabbage, tomato, red cabbage, carrots and dressing, rice (which and be replaced with baked potato), and meat which can be chicken, beef or pork cooked on an open grill. The food is amazing and the service is with a smile and they take credit cards.

When you past Don Diego - the road turns and goes up a hill and within a minute or two this place will be on your left. We have been frequently visiting this place for lunch - 9,000 COP ($3.35 US) you get your drink, salad, potato or rice, soup and choice of beef, chicken or pork. On Fridays you can get the typical Colombian meal of beans, rice, chicharrone. We we went there on Friday -- and were immediately greeted like always and placed our orders. The soup comes out within a few minutes and the lunch is made to order. I had the beef which was amazing and melts in your mouth. It's easy to find good beef in Colombia and usually it is priced about the same - but this place is about 30% less than other places and the portions are larger. So 5 of us ate and the price was 45,000 COP which is like 16 USD.
