Tried to place an order through the app, the gentleman working said the delivery driver was having issues. I explained that my order was placed almost 2 hours prior and he agreed to make me a new order no charge. Very helpful on the phone and in person!

The man who served me was terrible.i will not return to this place again.it used to be my favorite smoothie place.

The service here was horrible! The guy was arguing with us about giving us a spoon after we bought smoothies with them. I went there with my family to buy smoothies and we also bought something from crumble next door. We needed spoons to eat it and asked the Indian guy at the counter but he wouldn’t give us a spoon even though they gave 2 spoons to the ppl in front of us without hassle. They just lost a customer over a plastic spoon. He then began to continue to argue with us so we asked him for the managers contact info and refused to give it to me. This was one of the worst customer service I had received at an establishment. I do not recommend going there. I think the guys name was Harry. Please avoid this gentleman!In response to Sam’s review. We never cussed at them and my wife never threatened them. We simply asked for a spoon after they gave it to someone else before us. Sam was never there from the get go of the conversation and at the fact that the guy behind the counter cussed out my wife to be exact.

The people at check out would barely utter 2 words. No hello, or thank you. Super
