Bidra med feedback15 minutes are waiting for service while the staff stood in the office and stare at me. No one answered me when I tried to talk to them, and they ignored me further. There is no customer service at this location and the employees do not seem to care. I've been a manager in the food service industry for 20 years and I'm going straight to the company.
Pretty like any subway. Serving little food for an expensive price on sandwiches... Those I don't like. You look like we don't know the menu. My sandwiches always have very little meat, and I have to get extra meat to be charged the extra. Serious bull I'd say.
Ordered a $10 foot-long sandwich with Sweet Onion sauce (the only reason I like Subway). I then immediately CALLED the restaurant to confirm the sauce and please add extra on the page. Drove 15 minutes for Curbside pickup during a rainstorm. When I came home 20 minutes later, my sandwich had no sauce and nothing on the side. Chicken, salad and bread. When I called after a refund, she said she could just ask me to drive back in a storm to get the sauce. Even if I looked at such a ridiculous request, my food would have been cold to my home. Contacted company. You didn't say anything else?we?ll tell our team and see you soon!? I could say more about it, but only DON? T goes to the subway, especially these. Go to Potbelly instead.
I went for a quick work break on my route pretty good I was greeting and even helped when I went to the toilets midmake of my sandwich, he had nothing against waiting for me to get out. My only problem is that I got a drink from the well, lemonade, I was in a hurry so I poured and went, but a sip of my drink it tastes like its blend with sugar and pimple juice not lemonade.
Person (Hispanic woman) preparing food was not wearing a face mask properly. The mask was below her mouth, around her chin, and she was on her cell phone talking over the food. During this time of the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that Virginia law requires a face mask be worn indoors at all times, this is absolutely unacceptable! When I called the location to ask for a manager the same woman hung up on me! Absolutely rude and irresponsible behavior especially from someone in the food service industry.
